Starting Tuesday, November 4, 2025, ALAM s.r.o. will take part in the world’s most prestigious event dedicated to smart cities — the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.
Over the course of three days, the event will bring together more than 25,000 visitors, 1,100 exhibitors, and representatives of over 800 cities from around the world.
Slovak Pavilion – Hall P3, Booth E100
ALAM will be part of the Slovak National Pavilion, representing Slovakia in cooperation with the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic (MIRRI SR). At this joint exhibition, Slovak companies, cities, and institutions will showcase that Slovakia can keep pace with the most advanced cities in the world.
What We Will Present in Barcelona
ALAM will showcase its most successful smart mobility and intelligent transport solutions, already deployed in Slovak cities:
- Smart Mobility Trnava – a fully integrated traffic management system that connects traffic lights, video analytics, traffic counters, and open data into one environment.
- ITS Modernization Žilina – adaptive traffic control improving traffic flow and intersection efficiency.
- Banská Bystrica – integration of smart traffic signals with real-time traffic data for better planning and reduced emissions.
At the core of all these projects is an integration platform that enables cities to manage data from various technologies — from traffic sensors, weather stations, and video analytics to public lighting and energy metering — all in a single unified environment.
Slovak Solutions for Global Cities
The goal of our participation is to demonstrate that real results from Slovak smart mobility projects can inspire international partnerships.
The exhibition will also include presentations of Slovak exhibitors and joint meetings with representatives of Slovak cities, delegations, and MIRRI SR.
For ALAM, this is not only an opportunity to present its projects, but also to build new collaborations with international partners and cities striving toward data-driven and sustainable development.
