Invipo: a globally deployed platform now available to Slovak cities

At the end of 2025, one of the largest intelligent traffic management projects in Asia was launched in Hanoi. The new traffic control center, built for a city of nearly nine million people, now connects thousands of sensors, hundreds of control elements and an extensive network of artificial intelligence.

The new system replaced the previous local traffic control, which did not allow for coordinated management across the city. The shift to a data-driven platform has brought a significant improvement in both efficiency and traffic flow. At the core of the entire solution is the Invipo integration platform — a technology delivered by our partner Incinity.

Invipo successfully deployed in Hanoi

The success of the project in Hanoj further confirms that Invipo ranks among the most scalable solutions in the field of traffic and urban technologies. The platform is used today in cities of various sizes — from European cities such as Izmir, Braga and Dublin to the megacity of Hanoi with thousands of connected devices.

The system in Hanoi includes:

  • 190 traffic signal controllers for adaptive traffic management
  • 118 traffic counters
  • 1,837 AI cameras for traffic detection, event monitoring and overview streams
  • 800 AI cameras dedicated to adaptive traffic control

The Invipo platform integrates data from multiple technologies into one cooperative system in real time, improving traffic flow and reducing travel times. In Hanoi, adaptive control has helped cut travel times by up to 30%.

Invipo already operates in Slovakia, ready for new challenges

Global deployments such as those in Hanoj, Izmir and Braga demonstrate that Invipo can scale from hundreds to thousands of integrated elements. Equally important, however, is that the platform has been operating in Slovakia for years — in cities that use it for daily traffic management and municipal technologies.

Invipo is currently part of solutions in Trnava, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov, Žiar nad Hronom, and at the regional level also within the Road Administration of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region.
All these projects are built on the ALAM – Incinity partnership, which ensures technology integration, local expertise and long-term system development.

The same platform is ready for additional Slovak cities that want to manage their data in one environment and build intelligent services on a proven architecture with global references.erenciami.

We welcome our partner’s success

The growing portfolio of Incinity, new international projects and experience from megacities bring direct value to solutions deployed in Slovakia.

We are proud to work with a partner that pushes the boundaries of intelligent mobility on a global scale — and to bring technology to Slovak cities that has been proven under the most demanding conditions.
